A lot has been going on but Ryan and the Rev are coming back! Check the first week of April for a new show! Ryan and the Rev is an Internet radio show hosted by Ryan Fowler and the Reverend Nick Cole. It is a unique podcast that blends theology, humor, pop culture, and downright absurdity. While you'll probably find yourself scratching your head and wondering what in the world is wrong with Ryan and Nick, we do hope you'll enjoy the show and the site. The plan is to post movie reviews, book reviews, and various links. And, if you're really bored one day (or really drunk) and wondering just what is on Nick's or Ryan's mind, check out their blogs for information and ramblings that will probably be completely useless and at times creepy. Also, please feel free to email the boys, or post your comments directly to the site. God bless, and we hope you enjoy! Merry Christmas from Ryan and the Rev! Enjoy the Advent show! And if you can't listen until after December 25th, that's alright. The guys explain why there really are 12 days of Christmas!
The 90s Edition Part II-Movies and TV!
The 90s Edition of Ryan and the Rev is here! Well...the first part, anyway. On Part One of Episode Three, the boys discuss the music that made that decade great. And the music that made that decade not so great. So, enjoy a walk down memory lane with Ryan and the Rev, and look for Part Two later this week!
Episode Two of the new season is here! The Electric Light Orchestra, that crazy "church" in Kansas that protests funerals, and satanic backmasking are all connected, and you can learn how on this week's show. Plus, not just any podcast can throw in an obscure reference to Poltergeist 3-but Ryan and the Rev does!
Episode One of the new season is here! Ryan and the Rev discuss Halloween, and the culture of death which has sprung up around it. They also spend a few moments reviewing some of the worst horror movie ideas ever filmed. Plus, a sweet, sweet cameo by the often forgotten John Sebastian.
