The founding documents of this nation recognize the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all Americans! The preborn baby is an individual who should not have his or her rights trampled on by anyone. The role of government is to defend the rights of the citizens, not steal them. Any person, regardless of age and physical/mental capacity, should be protected and respected.
In order to enforce this cherished and sacred liberty, we must only support elected and court officials who truly hold to the Constitution (which should go without saying but unfortunately does not), and support and pass legislation such as the Sanctity of Life Act (HR 1094 of 2007).
